AI Agents & Digital Employees

AI that does the repetitive multi-step work, not just chats.

Overview

Some work is not a question, it is a chore: read the email, find the order, check stock, reply, log it. An AI agent does that chain end to end across your systems. It is not magic and it is not left alone. You decide which steps it can take by itself and which need a human to approve.

Who it's for

Operations, support, and back-office teams drowning in repetitive multi-step tasks. Think order processing, inbox handling, ticket triage, and routine research across several systems.

What's included

  • Works across your email, systems, and tools, not just one chat box.
  • Handles multi-step tasks: read, look up, decide, act, and log it.
  • You set which actions it takes alone and which need approval.
  • Every action is logged, so you can see what it did and why.
  • Hands off to a person when it is unsure or out of its lane.
  • Starts on one narrow task and takes on more once it earns trust.

Where it fits

01

An agent reads incoming order emails, matches products, checks stock, and drafts the order, leaving a person to approve anything unusual before it is booked.

02

A support agent reads new tickets, tags and routes them, answers the simple ones, and escalates the rest with a summary already written.

03

A back-office agent gathers supplier quotes from email into one comparison, so a buyer decides instead of copying numbers between tabs.

Questions

Will an agent act without us watching?

Only as far as you allow. We start with the agent proposing actions and a person approving them. As it proves reliable on a task, you can let it run that step on its own, while riskier actions still wait for a human.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It will get things wrong, so we plan for that. Actions are logged and reversible where possible, limits are set on what it can touch, and anything outside its rules stops and asks a person. You keep a clear trail of everything it did.

How is an agent different from an assistant?

An assistant answers questions in chat. An agent gets a job done: it moves through several steps and changes things in your systems. If you want conversation, that is an assistant. If you want tasks completed, that is an agent.
