Dashboards & Business Intelligence

Dashboards and reports people actually use to decide.

Overview

You have the data, but it lives in exports nobody reads and a report that is a week old by the time it lands. A dashboard shows the numbers that matter live, lets you click in to see why, and sends the weekly report on its own. The point is not pretty charts. It is a decision made sooner.

Who it's for

Directors, managers, and team leads who need to see how things are going without asking someone to build a report. Common in sales, finance, operations, and logistics.

What's included

  • Live dashboards for the KPIs your team actually acts on.
  • Drill down from a headline number to the detail behind it.
  • Reports that build and send themselves on a schedule.
  • Alerts when a number crosses a line you care about.
  • One version of each metric, so meetings stop arguing about figures.
  • Works on the big screen in the office and on a phone.

Where it fits

01

A sales director opens one dashboard each morning for pipeline, targets, and deals at risk, instead of waiting for a report someone builds by hand.

02

An operations team watches live throughput on a wall screen and reacts to a slowdown the moment it shows, not in next week's review.

03

A finance team sets an alert on margin, so a number reaching a threshold prompts action the same day instead of at month end.

Questions

How is this different from a data platform?

A data platform is the plumbing that gets data clean and in one place. Dashboards are what you actually see and use. If your data is already solid, we can go straight to dashboards. If it is not, we sort the base first, or build both together.

Can it use the tools we already have, like Power BI?

Often, yes. If you use Power BI, Looker, or similar, we build on it. If a custom dashboard inside your own software fits better, we build that. We pick what suits your data and team, not whatever we happen to sell.

How do we know the numbers are right?

The numbers are only as good as the data under them, so we agree on definitions first and trace each figure back to its source. Where the base data is shaky, we are honest about it and fix that before putting a number on a screen someone will trust.

Let's build it.
